K Soul is back to deliver more jazz, neo-soul vibes in her latest track “Love Pain”.

The East London singer/rapper/songwriter has been killing it with her harmonious vocals as of late and pays homage to an R&B legend as she sings over a legendary production.

Shot and edited by Kayla Owen and directed by Darnell Depradine and K Soul herself, the visuals complement the silky vibe of the track with two prominent scenes vibing with her friends and a particular love interest trying to earn her attention.

Speaking on the concept behind her latest offering and using such an iconic production, K Soul goes on to explain:

“I chose the production because I’m quite old-school and I’ve always been a Mosdef and Jill Scott fan! The lyrics behind it is about me being young and free with good energies and not having boy problems, so I smoke the herbs to take my mind from it”
